Tacacoma, life in the mountains
A series of photographies for the bolivian NGO Cecasem who in collaboration with the basque organization Mugen Gainetik works with rural communities in the region of Tacacoma, in the northern part Bolivia. The region is located on the top of the mountains, more than 3500 m high where the air is cold and the mist is constant. Their main labour consists in improving and developing the rural ways of life trough different projects like the installation of new water pipelines, farming and planting. They also work as a center for woman education and equalty.
